Anyone here purchased a Tahoe recently? What's a reasonable % off of MSRP?

Looking online, most dealerships are within the same range +-$1500 with internet listed pricing hovering around $53k to $56k + TT&L which is about 9% off MSRP on average. How much can i reasonably expect to get them down past that?

$10k off of '16s is a good starting point.

I've seen a few advertising $12k off, but that's on demo units.

I wouldn't expect much. Around 1500 at most on a ltz with the destination package. Which is around 74-78k

Is this what everyone who had their car flooded is planning to buy?

Second or third thread about Tahoes in as many days.

Purchased last month.

LT with luxury package. Just did the numbers and figured out it was 13% off MSRP.

In south Louisiana right now...all bets are off.

A lot of people are buying cars to replace their flooded vehicles when their insurance kicks in...not to mention that a dozen dealers lost their inventory. Supply will be tight, which means prices will be high.

Exactly. If you don't buy it, someone else will.

That's just not true. Perhaps if you qualify that by saying you won't in south Louisiana maybe, but you can definitely get one under $50k in comfortable driving range (TX for example). Won't get an LTZ under $50k though.

Just do a search on autotrader for new Tahoe LT under $50k with a 500 mile radius. It's showing 151 under $50k within 500 miles of me.

ETA: Here's one 115 miles away.

ETA2: what's with the down votes?

Try calling? I've never dealt with that dealer, but they aren't in TX either.

You starting point should be 20% off MSRP, which is a fictitious number anyway.

I doubt you'll get good deals on Tahoes on the gulf coast for a while.

Who is courtesy? And you're telling me not a single dealer in TX is emailing you back? Seems odd. You looking at GMs? I just bought a Ford and didn't have that issue, but I'm surprised that no one is answering you.
