Eating insects?

I'm the furthest thing from a vegetarian or vegan... love me some cow and swine.

But, I'm not gonna lie. Insects seem to be packed with goodness compared to the traditional things we eat today. I've thought about ordering some on Amazon just to try it. Heard they taste kinda like dirt. Might need lots of seasoning...

Bu the ground cricket flour may be a good way to go.

Local taqueria occasionally has cricket tacos. Pretty good once you get passed the trepidation of eating a crunchy cricket.

I've been watching a channel on Youtube called Sortedfood (entertaining show about 4 British buddies, 2 are chefs, 2 are normals (non-chefs)).

Episode I watched last night was about this.

I follow an Asian woman on Insta that cooks some strange things, including crickets.

Don't tell the food and drink board, those motherfukers would be telling you you need artisanal crickets to even properly experience them
