I went to the Hyatt Party last year and am going again tonigh (the DRIVEMAN gonna be there as well). Let me lay it out there for ya.

GA tickets were as cheap as $85 (including all tax & fees) if you bought them a month ago.

The Hyatt is huge, they use every ballroom, and are probably a dozen different drink booths / bars in the venue. That's the main reason why I'm going again: ease of drink ordering.

The music isn't great, but Brassaholics coming on at midnight on the main stage should be a big improvement over last year.

The Hyatt is in the CBD, like 10 blocks from Bourbon. Safety inside & outside the Hyatt is a non-issue.

If you're not at The Joy tonight, you're wasting your time.

Post up by the bar and have a good time. Everyone moves forward once they start playing and the back is much less crowded

The one at pelican house here in BR is $80 PER PERSON.

For top shelf. I think it's 55 for call and any draft beer and wine.

We easily spend that for a night out anyway.

Not going out though.
