Anyone here every took a Louisiana Byways and trails drive?

This summer thinking of doing a couple of the Louisiana Byways and Trail drive.
For those that don't know what that is, there are 19 scenic Byways marked by specific signs all over Louisiana.
Thinking about doing the Southern Swamps Byway, and the Bayou Teche Byway.
For those that have done it, was it worth the drive? Saw anything special or cool?

Don't be a sucker. That program was set up to get city slickers to drive on rural roads where local cops can write them tickets for "speeding."

You should do toledo bend and colonial trails in the fall, you’ll see a little foliage.

Ahh, Hwy 22 going towards pontchatoula is one and that is nothing but pine trees and clear cut neighborhoods going up.

Have you ever done a scenic byway or back way tour/drive in Louisiana? If so please state the route you took.
