We did, wanted a bottom tier commuter car good gas no bells and whistles. Sent out a few emails, explained the situation, our timeline, we were buying, and allowed them to give us a quote.
We did go to one and guy tried to change it on us and tell me the negotiated price was before tax title and license, which we hadn't agreed on, so we left
