We adopted one 3 years ago and if not he was going to be put down later that week. Dog is gentle and loves attention. Kids love the dog and they picked him out. I would highly recommend adopting a dog.

We got our dog as a puppy. The dog has turned out great, but I don't think I can handle adopting a puppy again.
