Rehab is equally as effective as a meniscectomy. If you are younger and it still gives you issues, a meniscal repair will be the best surgical option for the long term outlook.

Just get it scoped. I’ve had my knees scoped a few times and recovery is really quick if you aren’t too old, fat, or lazy.

Have it done with spinal. Doctor in Shreveport does all his knee surgeries with spinal.
