Except, that's not how pharmacology works.

Ask your doctor all of your questions so you're not scared of your medication.
Prozac works very well for OCD. May need dosage increase to 80mg.
Again, develop a good alliance with your doc and you'll start on the road to improvement.
Good luck.

OCD is a tough illness to control hence the possibility of a large mg.

Have you always had anxiety? Do you randomly get it or is it certain situations that cause it?

Thanks for your service man. I can't imagine that those diagnoses were pre service though, huh?

Getting ready to deploy. Sitting outside of Burger King with a buddy, on the installation. We leave in the morning. Went to BK to get a coke after leaving the exchange. Two crazy older chicks come up to us, both of them wearing Burger King crowns. Happy, crazy, flirty, weird. One of them has a see through purse like some school girl. I see inside: bottle of Prozac.

My advice: if that's how Prozac makes you act, stay away from it.

Prozac doesn't make you act that way. You post some quality and some dumbass. I can't tell if alter or troll.

I was on stabilizers as well to cancel other stuff out from the other medications but I tapered off everything slowly but once I missed Prozac for a day or 2 I was a completely different person. I was on this when I was 23 I believe for manic depression/bipolar.
For the person that said FU or STFU can rot in hell. All I gave was my PERSONAL experience so you can suck my right tit and grow the frick up a-hole.
People react to different things. In my case- almost killed myself so just be cautious and I wish you the best of luck. After being sent to rehab for my incident I got off every medication and have been for 10 years now.
