Bike Lane in off I45 near The Woodlands (Felt, BMC, Cervelo, Cannondale, & Quintana Roo if you need a tri bike). I shopped several stores. Bicycle World took my business card and looked through all their stores to find the best price their manager would give me on a Cervelo R3. They called back and were willing to give me a great deal at like $2750 (this is a 2500+ dollar bike). I walked into Bike Lane and asked the guy if he had an R3 in stock in my size. He looked and said, yep it's yours for 2,500. Didn't even have to haggle. He did the same thing for my tri bike. Sticker was 2999, and he gave it to me for 1,999. Just have appear serious and know what you are willing to buy.
