The only reason I opened the Thread is because I didn't know what he meant.

Soak feet in hot water first.

Young people wearing them cheap flip flops all the time and DON"T take care of there feet.

Try wearing socks and shoes for a change. Sandals are the for your feet. At 59, my feet are like babies feet. I take care of them. I have to stay on the wife's case not taking care of her feet like she should. Sandal wearing fool.

1. Why would you put neosporin on them? It's just an antibiotic.

2. Don't use Vaseline or petroleum jelly or any of that. All those do is trap the sweat, secretions against the skin they don't hydrate at all.

3. It's best to try and find a lotion with urea in it. That will do a good job of hydrating and softening.

Damn you some nasty footed people. I've never had any of these problems. Is your hobby walking on hot coals?

Bag balm + socks = problem fixed in a week

Also, I will never understand why Southern men refuse to get pedicures. They are fricking awesome. Its just a foot massage and you can pay them to sand your callouses off. Its not like you get polish or anything like that.

Nothing like sitting in a massage chair and getting a foot/calf hot soak and massage after a long day at work or on the golf course.

I have dry skin on my feets. I use the per egg and lotion up each night. It helps but I get some cracks still. I even grabbed hoof cream and that worked a little better. Scrubbing them daily and lotion works for me much better than anything else. Momma and dad both had dry feet so I am screwed..... But, anyway!

Can't seem to grind off enough skin to get past the cracks.

Hit up 911Moto. He has a technique he posted here to tackle this cumbersome issue.

I think he soaks his cracked heels in Lea and Perrins and has his dog chew the callouses off.

Gross, but effective.

I swear this is one of the oddest threads I've seen on tiger droppings. I mean good grief are you marathon running a jungle daily? How does one grind off 1/8" of their foot and find a steel burr? And why was said burr not removed immediately when it first entered your heel like a normal human would do??

Add puking to the list
