With them for 18 years
Decided I had enough with the last them, called to cancel and they said ok. No retention, no nothing. Didn’t send instructions on how to return the equipment or anything. Been on YoutubeTV since Jan 1 and no regrets

I was paying around 50 bucks a month for their choice package for the last 4 years. They upped my rate to over 100. I told them that they needed to make my bill be around 50 bucks or I was cancelling. They said no problem and didn't mention that they were dropping my service down to the select package.

ETA: I just checked and they dropped my package to $77 dollars, not 50 like they told me. I'm pissed.

It was a good company in it's heyday, best PQ, cutting edge DVR's, good customer service by industry standards. Now I think the handwriting is on the wall. I expected 5G to be the death knell, and looks as if that will be the case. I still have mine out of laziness and not wanting to change during FB season, no have no reason not to go in a different direction.
