I use to get the Chocolate Gladiator with peanut butter. It never came out right. Always left too much ice at the bottom. Now I just say f it and get a chocolate Hulk.

I just buy the powder and add a scoop with 10oz of 30cal unsweetened Almond milk. It tastes just fine to me.

So now fruit is bad?

Definitely not. They are mostly low glycemic index. If you're active, fruits are an excellent source of good carbs and nutrients.

But if you sit around the house all day even fruits can make you fat.

I get the strawberry/banana Gladiator and add PB all the time. Better than a Big Mac for lunch.

And I'm not sure why you'd think taking fruit out is bad. Plus its not the carbs, its the sugars...

If it isn't a choc Gladiator with PB and banana, you're doing it wrong.
