Caught a guy, and his two buddies, leaned into my car (roof was off) in a parking lot. I had just run in a business for one second and didn't think I needed to lock it up. Seeing as there were three of them I though that maybe going ape shite wasn't the right play. I just calmly said "Are you in the wrong car?" It surprised them so much they all three took off running.

My dad and I did about 20 years ago. We came home from the feed store and caught someone inside of our house robbing it. Dad honked the horn on his truck and the guy came outside and my Dad played dumb and asked if the owner was home and the guy said no I'm a friend of his. My dad then stepped out from behind his truck with a single shot .410 and told the guy he would cut him in half if he tried to run

When my wife and I were first looking at the house we live in now, we pulled in the driveway before the agent and there was a Dodge Dakota pickup parked near the garage.. My wife asked why would a tuck be parked like that.. I figured it was someone doing some final work on the house..
Suddenly a guy jumps in the truck and drives around us and waves.. Wife walks towards the backyard and notices something and asked what the big green thing was. Walk up and see the a/c condenser. We caught the dude trying to steal the 4 ton Rheem Elite series a/c... BTW dude looked like some white trash crackhead when he drove around us..

Caught somebody stealing the retractable antenna of my car. Grabbed it out of his hand and whipped the shite out of him with it. He was a faster runner than me, though. Somebody told me later street people would make a crack pipe out of antennas. I would've given him my $2 tire pressure gauge if that's all he wanted. Had an $800 repair instead.

I caught 2 kids stealing stuff out of my truck at my office. I grabbed one and the other got away on his bike. The one I grabbed started screaming so loud that the neighboring businesses all had people outside watching me.
I had the kid in the headlock and I grabbed his hair and pulled his head up and made him confess. Then I dragged him by his knappy hair into my office and threw him ina corner while my secretary called the cops.
Both kids got 6 months in juvenile detention. The parent of the kid that I caught was a single mom. You could tell she was trying the best that she could. The other kid that got away was the offspring of two ghetto thugs.
It was an awesome experience.
