Anyone ever been raided by porch pirates?

The wife ordered some stuff a few days ago. Supposedly it was delivered yesterday. Looks like the half hour we weren't home after delivery was time enough for someone to gank it off our porch. Thieves suck.

It’s possible they delivered to the wrong address within your immediate area if you’re talking Prime. That happened to me in my townhouse complex in BR on multiple occasions.

Had a limited edition vinyl record sent to the house via Ebay, about $400 value. We live in a remote neighborhood, never had anything stolen, not much traffic, but someone sure as hell took that damn record. The seller had it insured but UPS looked at all their tracking shite and saw it was delivered to the right address. Out $400 and couldn't justify spending another $400-500 on another one. Nothing else stolen since.
