When human life means absolutely nothing to 6% of the population, when having two parents growing up isn’t prioritized and education is scant; how do you blame a system on that? What responsibilities are you talking about? I firmly believe that we are all responsible for our own actions. I just happen to also believe that we should all be responsible for how other people treat others. Shouldn't we care about all injustice? You are free to disagree, of course. Unfortunately it’s not. I am the one that schedules them, but to get the signs up and down within a short time window everyone has to do pickups - reorganize the signs - and then do setups. We do it geographically and the general GNO has a lot of good and bad parts next to each other. (Example would be that some parts of Kenner are sketchy but gated communities like Gabriel and chateau are there too, so one driver would be assigned to that area in one night.)

I am just sharing things that I have seen recently. Circumnavigating issues like these and not talking about it can cause false realities so that is why I am bringing it up. All of our employees are great kids working every night instead of taking unemployment.
