I get female self conscious issues, but after awhile of you hating the way you look so much, just do something about it. Surgery or exercise, I don't care. Just don't sit around being unhappy about the way you look. Life is too short for that nowadays. The ad doesn't bother me personally, in fact it's a goal. I look to my exercise instructors' bodies as goals I want and work harder towards looking that way. So no, I'm female and not offended by it at all.
