Apple has always had that problem with ear buds, but people just love them for some reason.

Regular AirPods never fell out of my ears.
AirPod Pros fall out all of the time. No big deal because I bought the $6 in ear hooks from Amazon. I prefer the noise canceling for phone calls and yard work.

All of those sound like shite, generally. They have improved but I can't imagine listening to those wretched things let along paying $250 for them.
And once they fall out of your ear and into a storm drain, you're done.
