My son had to start daycare at about 6 months. We felt guilty having to send him but by God when preschool and kindergarten came around he had the immunity of a cockroach.

Kid never got sick before. Started preschool in September and literally every single week it’s something new.
Were you or your wife one of those parents who did the whole "protect my child from any and all infections" to the point of refusing to let them even contact people for significant periods after birth?
If so, there's your answer and, whoops, too late.
My kids were exposed to everyfrickingthing prior to going to kindergarten.

We took our first born to the trashiest place we knew when she was 3 weeks old. Everything’s a Dollar. 30
Min and that place is like an immune system boost for the future.

Yes. Every single parent of a toddler ever put in daycare or preschool. Get over it. It'll make them stronger in the long run.

Don't over use anti biotics. But most toddlers go through that. Healthiest thing for them. Let them build their own immune system.

Umm why? Ours started at 8 weeks
My wife works at an elementary school and she said you can always tell which kids went to daycare and which didn't. Kids that didn't go were always sick.
