I think this is a moderation thing. My norm in recent years may be testing upper limits of moderation.
Half of my days are coffee averaging 3 cups/day. Other half of days is one energy drink that I rotate between Celsius, Bang, C4, etc. There have been a few times with one morning coffee and afternoon energy drink for workout but try to limit.

I highly suggest Ghost energy drinks
