I've also bought ties online too with no problems.

I bought 10 ties yesterday for $99 off of Ebay. If you aren't getting quality ties from overseas for under $10 each you're doing it wrong.

They ship them in Yetis too.

Tiebar is legit, especially if you choose carefully and are willing to throw them away after a year or two. They don't hold up that well, but they look nice enough.

You mind linking to an example of the set you bought? Searching tie lot on ebay gave so many results

Same as in the suit thread. Value =/= quality. You paying $10 for tie is a good value in your eyes. It's still a $10 tie, which does not equal "quality".

I don't trust Ebay when it comes to clothing. Way too many scams & fake items on that site.

I got ties for all my groomsman's suits off of tie bar. Looked okay, but they definitely aren't "quality". If you don't wear a tie often, they definitely get the job done.

There is absolutely no way you have enough information to make this claim.

I have a number of sevenfold ties and yet still wear Tiebar ties as I see fit.

Who gives a shite, you're being fricking annoying.

hahaha yes. I just bought 15 ties for $2.88-$4.99 a piece from Chinese sellers on ebay. It'll take 3 weeks for them to get here if they ever do but I figured w/ free shipping it was worth taking a flyer w/ $45.

I never understood the $50-$120 tie, these upper end fashion label ties aren't any better designed, the fabric is probably not as nice on these $3 ties but I'm sick of ruining a tie by getting a drop of soup or some burger grease on it when I'm not paying attention at lunch and blabbing.

Besides I couldn't find the certain stripe patterns I wanted in the brick and mortar stores anyway. I probably viewed over 6,000 ties last weekend while watching the bowl games. I'll update when they come in if they were worth the buy.

I'll just sit back, read, and laugh at the utter lack of common sense on display.

I look forward to the thread on "quality" sunglasses bought for $5 at the gas station.
