Damn, his dad is from Nicaragua and was 70 years old when Theo was born.. According to wikipedia.

He went to Mandeville High. He was my camp counselor for part of a summer.

He's was in CovLA a couple of months ago filming a "returning home" special, probably for Netflix.
As the local storyteller / historian, I gave the tour of downtown Covington. He's emphasizing his bit on the Primate Center (when, while at William Pitcher, he and some others were called out of class to help corral the escaped monkeys near the Kenny Rogers on HWY 190).
After I caught on to the bit, I eventually play the straight man. We shot quite a bit of footage, multiple cameras, good sound system. It could be my 15 seconds of fame.
Nice guy. We had a fun time doing it.
FWIW, he was sporting a mullet.

I graduated with him from MHS in ‘98 and we hung out with the same group of friends during and after high school. Haven’t talked to him in years though. Glad he is having the success he is. He’s a good dude.

I graduated from mandeville in 98 as well. I saw that he came back to the reunion a couple of months ago.
Played ball with him at Franco’s a lot. Knew his brother Zephyr too. Good people. Also He shortened his name from Vonkurnotowski to Von at some point before making it “big”
