Weird thing is my modem is all green lights.

I've never had internet down with all green.

so instead of checking here first I spent the last 30 minutes running virus and mal ware scans.

Just now seeing all the chaos in here, I've been on the phone and the first thing the guy wants to do is schedule a technician, I ask if there are any known outages and he replies "nope"
