We haven't live in Louisiana since 2011, but wife (no pics) and I did retain our 225 area code phone numbers since family and friends had them. We haven't been back to LA in about 2 years and we're getting them. Neither of us even have LA Driver's Licenses anymore nor are our cars still registered in LA.

Got a red light ticket in the mail and got the text a week later and thought it was related to that at first glance, but took me a minute to realize it was a scam. Didn’t pay the ticket.
