Wow, 4 days in transit? what happened? Did the delivery service got in contact with you and informed you about the delay? Either way from my point of view it's extremely unprofessional for them to not delivering your package on time. Besides, don't they have a tracking system like packages24 LINK / ? I order stuffs online all the time the tracking system always notifies me about the delivery status of my parcels.

I have had a couple of packages lost by amazon since the hurricane.
Im pretty much done ordering shite now. Never happened to me before.
And they do the thing where it will change the arrival date from the original, so I would still wait a couple of more days on the item just for amazon to cancel and issue a refund. Then wait another 3-5 days for a refund when i could have just gone somewhere and bought the item without all this hassle.
if im not getting the item in 2 days, then their site is worthless to me.
