Must have a bunch of hawks around your property then Kids and I were outside hitting and saw a really big hawk circling the neighborhood. Haven’t seen many birds.

When I see a hawk's shadow on the ground the birds are generally not to be found.

I also think the heat plays a part. We have a feeder/bath. No birds right now in the heat of the day. No hummingbirds either.

As for the OP, I have been seeing birds, but only very early in the morning.
