Allin4LSU, I’ve been looking at the diet and that makes me even more depressed. All kidding aside, I know it is a change I need to make to get better, maybe just don’t want to admit it.

Very high incidence in our family with several ultimately developing thyroid cancer. Have you discussed switching to Armour thyroid vs synthroid? Armour contains some amount of T3 as well as T4. The body requires deiodinase to remove an iodine residue to convert T4 to T3. Selenium is necessary for this process to take place and is worth increasing your dietary intake.
