Unless you want to have to get fluid IVs like I did drink water and Gatorade every hour. I know you will be shitting it out in 15 minutes max but this shite will dehydrate you in 24 hours.

If it last longer than 2 days then there might be something more than a stomach virus. But if you have diarrhea and/or throwing up... Trust me with this. Get to the store and buy some yogurt and probiotics. That will help you recover a lot faster. It will replace your body with all the good bacteria your body lost. And pedialyte will not hurt.
