Anybody else getting crushed with scammed Norton invoices?

2-3 emails a day all from different random emails so you cant block them

Yep. I still have hotmail for a lot of my older registrations and it seems Microsoft gave up with spam monitoring some time last year. I get probably a dozen scam emails a day, including the Norton ones you mentioned.
