I've heard a bar of soap under the sheets helps with RLS but I don't have RLS so can't say if it works or not.

placing a bar of lavender soap beneath the bed sheets to alleviate RLS, Just don’t try Dove or Dial — those soaps don't work, according to many online testimonies.

What exactly is RLS? I am a pretty twitchy guy. I am the guy who's nervously shaking his leg up and down when sitting. I do the same thing when I'm in bed. Always moving around.

Is that RLS or is RLS something more like a leg falling asleep?

Could be RLS. Could also be adult ADHD. They can sometimes run hand in hand.

The difference is that you can't stop it. If you do you get an overwhelming urge to continue to move your legs/arms/body. And that placates the disease temporarily.

I know how you feel. I sometimes get it when riding in the car, miserable. It’s better for me at night since got a new mattress, also helps to put a pillow between the knees. Tylenol helps too. Good luck.
