Any word if Amazon will reduce prime membership with Golden Globe win?

The did a $75 deal last January. Need to renew and want to save a few coins since JBE will tax the purchases made on Amazon

I hope not. Make it more expensive honestly. Prime is overextended and quality of service is starting to suffer.

Eh, it isn't just JBE. There was a court case somewhere that said states could apply sales taxes to Amazon purchases. And retailers are starting to raise hell about the fact you can buy shite on Amazon and not pay sales taxes, but if you bought the same crap at Wal-Mart, Target or any mom and pop store you would pay sales taxes. They see it as kind of a fairness thing and they have a point.
