I mean...I'd be willing to pay them 125$ or so blood money just to get off my back, but them charging me these ridiculous late fees for notices I never recieved is highway robbery.

Fight it. They are just sending out these letters to anyone they think might possibly owe them money.
There has to be a record somewhere. If not, ask a lawyer friend for advice on the next steps.
