I left out Black Friday at 0910. Got there at 0700 to be safe and it took me a total of 10 minutes to get through security. Granted, I have TSA Pre-Check but the regular lines didn't seem too long. Got me some coffee at Cafe du Monde and waited at my gate for 2 hours

Flew out Thursday morning. It was a breeze through security. The place is really nice. Got back Friday a little after 8:00 and waited less than 5 minutes for my checked bag.
Massive upgrade.

Flew in Thursday the 5th evening. Had no line for Uber, but had sticker shock with all the fees added on.
Left this morning on a 6am flight. Traffic at intersections backed up even 445am. TSA Pre line had a decent amount of people but moved quickly. <10 minutes.
Didn't try any of the food options.
