i do both but in mornings when im half asleep i sit to misses and in general, sitting avoids piss splatter so requires less often cleaning and gives you a better smelling bathroom

if you do your own cleaning, then sitting makes less work for you to do and your life easier

I been having intestinal issues since my Afghanistan deployment yet nothing was found in my colon

Damn near everytime I eat I typically have to shite within 30 mins, so I miscalculate at times and only wind up pissng

I have had brief hemorrhoids or anal bleeding it sucks

Luckily my diet has been cleaner and it’s not as bad as it once was. It’s an u easy feeling being in your 30’s and shitting onnyourself thinking you only have to fart. That’s happened 2’s in 4 years
