I've used them for glasses to use around the house, going to bed, yard work but not everyday use.
I have 5 or 6 pairs and no complaints. I didn't add anything so they were the base price ~$10-20. Usually buy styles I wouldn't pay premium prices for.

Bought some from them several years ago. They were average quality, but good for the price. I wouldn't use them if you're an everyday wearer. I mainly wear contacts so they were just used as backups.
I've had better luck with Warby Parker, though many people hate their "hipster" styles. Customer service with them is fantastic, especially if you live in a city with a store front.

Used them a few times for backup pairs... I never tried the more expensive options, but the cheap ones felt okay-ish (not bad by any stretch) but were absolutely great for backups.

How old are you? If you are ordering bifocals there is a decent chance they aren't coming out right.
If you are just ordering some single vision glasses you should be fine.
