Benadryl or take a hit of some good bud. An ex V.A. dr prescribe one and recommend the other. She was a rebel to the system though.

I just wanted to drop by and say that I've never had insomnia. I can lay down, close my eyes, and just turn everything off... I'm usually asleep within seconds.

I haven't tried Tylenol PM yet. I'll look into it.

If I have a busy day ahead (which is pretty much every day) I'll wake up in the middle of the night and will be up for an hour or two. My mind is racing through what needs to be done the next day. I can never get back to sleep until I have everything sorted out.

My dad suffers from it. His doctor has him go camping (I'm dead serious) for 4 night to reset his internal clock. It works like a charm. He tries to go about every 6 months.

His doctor has been having him do this for the last 10 years. Research has been conducted recently and they do it for a week, but he is usually good after 3 nights.
