I watched the one on Netflix months back. They are probably just re-promoting it
There's now 2 out there.
2021 - The Bill Simmons/Ringer/HBO one: This one looked at Woodstock '99 and was a little heavy handed in applying 2021 cultural sensitivities to the event.
2022 - Netflix one (just came out): This one seemed more accurate to me as a 21 year old who was actually there. Told the story and had more of the background and involvement from the people who were there.

Cool, I will check out the more recent version.
Two documentaries in 2 years. My generation is getting old.

People "reflecting" on the Korn crowd being out of control. WTF, that was a typical 90's concert vibe. Even bands like Incubus and Sugar Ray had energy like that. (look up their early albums if you doubt me).
"the crowd shifted 6 ft"... yeah that happened at every concert. I didn't see a mosh pit or slam dancing (both of which were pretty gay, probably frat boys doing it anyway) About the only accurate thing they have portrayed so far is that frat boys are assholes, I just watched day 1 so far.
I would 1000% go to see that line up today, you need the perfect storm of the idiots who repeated all the same mistakes with ALL the woodstocks running it for it to go off that bad again and the main idiot is dead.

Korn stole the show.
Their performance of One at MTV Icon: Metallica was absolutely jaw dropping. I scoffed at thinking these Nu Metal guys were going to pull off that song but it's one of my favorite covers ever

This might be the first time in OT history the term was used in the correct generational context.
