I coached flag football the last 3 years. My team was was organized, and knew what they were doing.

You'd have to find it on youtube, but there's a high school coach that only runs 3-4 plays and none of them are passes. Does pretty well too with a few minor adjustments on each play to change it up.

My county just started a girls HS flag football league. My daughter is one of the starting corners (she’s a freshman). It’s actually fun to watch and they have a really good time out there. I wouldn’t mind being an assistant coach if I had the time.

No my kids are into soccer and are really good at it. Check out my oldest son here playing.
My father in law is really into the flag football thing though.
