Any of you guys or gals jump on a mini trampoline?

I remember they were a pretty big fad in the 80s, but I hadn't seen one in years unless it was me or some other tard kid trying to dunk on a driveway. But I've seen 2 people with them recently talking about using them not for excercise really, but for helping the lymphatic system? They say it's a great way to start your morning.
Can someone help me with the science behind this? I'm open to it if it works, but if it's just aerobic excercise, I'd rather jog or ride a bike.

It's aerobic exercise
Not your typical "watch me nail this double backflip, land on my back into a triple front flip" trampoline

That's what I always thought. And I'm sure it's better on your knees than running, but it just seems so inefficient. But these folks are saying it has other health benefits. Specifically for your lymphatic system.

Id recommend it. It's a full body workout. Never done it, but I've heard nothing but good things about t.

My research has told me these are actually called "rebounders." I did not know that. But I can't find any objective article that's not on a website selling them.

Knew a girl back around 2001ish that jumped on one. She would tighten her glutes in mid air. Was some sort of butt exercize.

I mean not for losing weight.

I had a lot of fun with my mom's back in the day.
This was definitely part of that game plan.
We used to put the small one on the deck of my friend's tree house, which hung above the giant trampoline, and get dangerous airtime.
This doesn't help your thread, but thanks for the trip down memory lane.
