I live in Chateau Estates, yup Kennahbruh, and I'm 5 feet below sea level. But it nevers floods since they upgraded the shite out of the pumping station by the lake.

That's what I thought. Lots of open land on the west bank between 90 and river road. I grew up in SCP on the best bank and used river road lot. Why this area never developed more is confusing to me. Its dry land. My parents are 10 feet above sea level but only .5 mile from river road
