Any guy (or girl?) given up Pr0n before? (Added TED Talk Link)

How did it go?
I would look at shite here and there very sporadically over the past few years but decided to give it up around September.
Not going to lie, my marriage (especially communication with the spouse) has been leaps and bounds better. And it wasn't necessarily bad but things have just plainly been better since that point as a whole. I think it really affected me as a husband more than I knew to admit.
Anyone else tried this experiment?

I've pretty much given it up. May peek here and there but I was in a bad rut where I'd whale away on myself to some pron almost every day. Had a couple of back to back scares during that time where I had a tough time staying hard when hooking up with a girl and it freaked me out so quit.
Like anything, it's tough for a couple weeks, but no big deal after that.

Maybe it was coincidence but the timing does some interesting doesn't it?
I don't think it's truly possible for a human to view others in a carnally sexual way (and get off to it) without later comparing those images to their spouse or significant other.

I have been trying to give up porn and fapping for about a month now. I have relapsed several times, but im currently on an 11 day streak. (my longest ever!) Its helped with my social anxiety but my hormones are out of control. I find so many more women attractive now and im finding myself engaging in conversation with them more and more. They are just so damn beautiful so all I think about is having sex with every girl I see in class and I cant focus on anything else.
