I often get the delivered notification and not the actual delivery until the next day. That's UPS' specialty.

They don't have enough stock though. I will go there in person and they might have 5-6 steaks total and some ground beef. I'll buy all the acceptable-looking steaks they have and it's still not near enough for us

We haven't tried the steaks from Walmart in a year so maybe we'll have to give them a try again.

I've even seen the "waygu" there. Have you ever tried it? I'm assuming it's Australian.

ETA yeah that's the other problem. They will only have a couple so you can't pick out the best, it's take it or leave it.

The cost isn't out of line because we don't buy all of the crap and you stay satiated and don't eat out or snack all of the time. Agreed completely and well put. This is also how my wife and I eat. We spare no expense on quality of meat, dairy, eggs, etc., but it's all we eat, and we only eat out when traveling. We cut out pretty much everything that isn't on the perimeter of the grocery store. It isn't that expensive at all.

We've been doing this since the start of the COVID and we've lost so much weight and feel so much better
