My property taxes went from $3100 to $3600 so yeah I guess it did increase by almost 20%.

Sold my house in Denham Springs. It didn't flood and it was only on the market a week. I made a little money on the deal.

Anyone in EBR, Ascension or Livingston that didn’t flood seeing a large increase in their home’s value?
People aren't paying for appraisals too often so it's hard to tell where there's a trend.
Seeing what someone in the neighborhood sells for or using a Zillow value is completely unreliable.
