Chief and Mayor neutered them. No tear gas, no excess use of force, basically be punching bags.
I give them credit for going back out there day after day, hoping one day they can make their hometown great again.
Easy to leave, tougher to stay, take the punishment, and keep coming back. Any chump can run for the hills.
