hell yea, and it's gone on for years. for example Burmuda maxes our foreign owned property at 5%. it doesn't make any difference how much money you have native Bermudian's own 95% of the land on that island.

I can’t just go buy property in a ton of countries but it’s somehow a massive issue to keep the land in this country available to its own citizens?
