It's Arizona.....it only rains in March and Sept....and only once then

Seems as if as the earth tilts on it's axis that the circle wouldn't be perfect but slightly distorted due to the angle in which the light enters. 
Unless they have the holes already adjusted to reflect the light perfectly everytime. Makes sense I guess.
