Ahhh the prior owner fed them. That's why they're there. Probably had a food bowl on porch for them? Old lady possibly?
They will eventually stop without food. But shooting them with a red ryder BB gun(or 1 pump of a reg bb gun) will do wonders and not cause you to go to jail.
