Buc-ees founder Arch Aplin III would spend summers working at his grandparents' gas station and convenience store in Catahoula Parish. That's where he learned about how to run his business and obviously also learned the invaluable lesson of not to try and do anything in Louisiana.

Not yet... but I think they are under construction in all the rest.
