I will say there are a lot of really really nice working class black folks in that town.

Yep, they tend to get lost in the shuffle as hood rats take all the headlines.

Working class and middle class black folks are good neighbors for the most part.

Guess thats what happens when your policies benefit the criminalized element and not the middle class.

Exactly! Donaldsonville is FULL of fantastic black folks over the age of 65 but it’s their kids and grandkids, and great/great-great grandkids) that have fricked the town for good. Essentially the ones who actually did struggle with true racism growing up are the ones who appreciate the opportunity to have worked for a living are the ones who are really good people.

the older ones who actually experienced "systematic racism" in the form of legal segregation are generally the less abrasive and more productive than the younger ones.

I do feel for them, not so much the younger ones who arent trying.

Just saw your video. Looks like “Jambalaya” is the main suspect. Should be pretty easy to find him as the only black cajun around

Younger people see no intrapersonal value in work.

Excellent gun control and form…gun held approximately 1.5 feet over the head and tilted at a 45 degree angle…..now that’s a ghetto marksman

Why does this always seem to happen at the homecoming games for black schools?

How does a place like The Grapevine survive in Donaldsonville?

Look Donaldsonville is pretty shitty, but if you stay out of backatown it’s not really sketchy at all outside of things like DHS games. I know it’s gotten worse over the last 10-15 years but the crime is like 97% thug on thug.
