You could also just do cocaine and die before develop Parkinson’s.

I’m sure there will be a study next year that says that coffee actually increases the chance for Parkinson’s

So Jack is older and his kids put him in a nursing home. There’s a dance every Friday, and he meets Mildred. They have a wonderful time and he invites her back to his room. They begin to kiss, and Mildred stops him and says “Jack, I’m very attracted to you, but I’m an old lady now and my libido isn’t what it once was.”
So Jack says “well, maybe you can just hold it in your hand?”
So she does, and that becomes the routine. Every Friday, after the dance, Ethel goes back to Jack’s room, they fool around, and she hold’s his dick in her hand.
Well one Friday, Jack doesn’t show up at the dance. Mildred is worried and takes the elevator up to his room, opens the door, and there is Jack, with his pants down.

I don’t how true it is, but I’ve heard stimulants in general help prevent Parkinson’s, which I guess would include cocaine. Also nicotine
