What would you think if you went outside one day to walk your pit bull and you see your new neighbor and their pet hyena?

Or maybe they’re a cat person...

A guy doesn't take care of labs, they just run wild and dig up someone's yard and beg the neighbor's for food. (replace "labs" with jack russells, great danes, border collies, heinz 57, etc. etc. etc)

They don't kill 9 year old girls riding their bikes.

You mistreat pit bulls . . .

Yes pits are one of the most deadly breeds of dog when they attack. But they’re not really any more likely to attack a person than any other breed.

But I agree it takes a very dedicated owner to care for an animal when the consequences of mistreatment can be so dire.

Also to the guy comparing them to hyenas and lions... if you don’t know the difference beteeen “tame” and “domesticated” I can’t help you.

Emma Hernandez, 9, was riding her bike Monday afternoon when three dogs, described as pit bulls or pit bull mixes, got free from a yard and attacked her. She died later at a hospital.

Psycho breed. They’re fine then one day they just lose it and have no off switch.

But unless you claim they are less likely to attack than other breeds (actually I suspect the opposite holds true relative to other medium to large size breeds), they are by your own definition, literally more dangerous to society. And we know the number of reported fatalities is not even close.

gotta prosecute the owner
I don't think you can or should blame people for what dogs do. This sounds like an unfortunate accident.
